Dying and finishing facility of Güldogan San. Tic. A.S., with a daily capacity of 60 000 meters, has been founded in November 2005 with the purpose of dying woven fabrics with the world standards. Keeping customer expectations, suggestions and cooperation in the first place has always been a mission for us by the time Güldogan San. Tic. A.S. has been founded.
There are Osthoff singeing , Benninger cold bleaching, Benninger chaintype-merserization machines, using latest technology, for serving pretreatment purposes.
We are using Monforts e-control machines which are the most suitable machines to be able to dye big lot sizes with a unique color tone without any shade differences.Our dying machines using Thermosoling process for Polyester fibres and e-control process for celeoulusic fibres make it possible for us to dye big volume woven fabrics with a sole color tone without any end-start and right-left tone difference.
In our dying facility,which has an Oeko- Tex certificate, Dye and chemical raw materials in Oeko-Tex standards are only used.
We have been working on a Project to distrubute dye and chemical solutions to required machines with high precision using an automated process. By this way we will minimize the risk of using wrong ratios during the processes.
We obtain optimum results in washing fastness properties using MCS lavaprint machine for reactive washing process.
Using Moenus Artos eight room stenter, Monforts sanforizing machine and Kusters calender machines for finishing processes, we can obtain the desired touching effect and dimensional stability.
We eliminate the problems of dying facilities which stem from water impurities using reverse osmose water in our dying plant.
We founded chemical and conditioned phisical test and dying laborataries with the goal of making all the qualities we produce be able to conform customer expectations.
We use Gretag Macbett Spectralight SPL-III light cabinet in our laboratary and additionally Minolta CM-3600D spectrophotometre is used in our dying laboratary.
James Heal equipments which has accreditation certificate for perspiration fastness, sublimation fastness, rubbing fastness, dimensional stability and tensile strength tests, are used in our physical test laboratary for washing fastness tests.
Mathis laboratary type e-control machine, which is used at only high qualified dying companies for color studies, makes us one step ahead of other companies at this field.
